On Friday we went for another hike up Tunnel Mountain... but this time with Remy Bernier, who has been confined to a wheelchair for 9 years as a result of a serious brain stem aneurism.

The nearby crag that you see from the Rez: Yamnuska! Below the tower upper cliff there is a great practice area on sandstone near the quarry.

Kayaking with Aquabatics!

We did three sessions with Aquabatics this year. Following the pool session at the Talisman complex we hit the Nakoda Lodge Pond and the grand finale: The Bow River from Ghost Dam to the Gas Plant!
